For their crops, the farm does not use any chemical products. They enrich the soil through composting of manure and herbs on an annual basis.

Their production comes from seeds, with a portion being sold to individuals.

The Farm has 5 employees. They sell their products at the Metz market twice a week, once in Thionville, and to local restaurants.
